"Mr. [Consumer Name Removed] there seems to be some miscommunication. Jammey explained to be able to give you the price to fit your budget that our in house crew would have to fit you in. After you said you wanted a refund your brother called and said he still wanted us to do the roof. We were offering yall a payment plan, which we dont normally do, and he want us to continue. We then explained that because it had taken so long (the extreme amount of rain had pushed us back) that we would just go on and get one of our other crews out ASAP. You were on the list to be taken care of within the next week and half. However if you would like your money back that will not be a problem. We will return the materials and as soon as we receive the refund we will cut you a check and send it directly back to you. We have absolutely no intents of keeping your money.
