I paid Jammie $6000 in March 2026 it is now June, and no work has been done. I asked for a refund, and he now telling me he can not refund my money.

"Mr. [Consumer Name Removed] there seems to be some miscommunication. Jammey explained to be able to give you the price to fit your budget that our in house crew would have to fit you in. After you said you wanted a refund your brother called and said he still wanted us to do the roof. We were offering yall a payment plan, which we dont normally do, and he want us to continue. We then explained that because it had taken so long (the extreme amount of rain had pushed us back) that we would just go on and get one of our other crews out ASAP. You were on the list to be taken care of within the next week and half. However if you would like your money back that will not be a problem. We will return the materials and as soon as we receive the refund we will cut you a check and send it directly back to you. We have absolutely no intents of keeping your money. Our only intents were to try to help the situation you had. If you could reach out to me directly and tell me if this is how you would like to proceed. 912-996-9352 Jennifer"

Contractor was very polite and timely, however he wanted to complete the job while she was planning to be out of town and she had to insist that he not for safety reason.

They did a great job on my laundry room. They found several problems when they started the project, like the old drywall being glued to studs. They had the skill to deal with each â surpriseâ the project threw at them. My husband had considered attempting the project himself, but after seeing what all they had to do, he is very glad he let the professionals handle it.

We have told you that we are happy to finish your job. We explained from the start that this job would not be a fast turn around that it would take a couple of weeks. We understand that you currently live out of town and that is why we explained that if you wanted to leave us a key we would be happy to get everything done for you so it would be ready for you to move in."
