No customer service. Will not return phone calls. Paid a lot of money and expected at least a phone call to help us but to no available. Do not use this company or let them on your property.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! Do not use them, but if you did, I hope you got everything in writing. Larry (Saleman) is a liar. Do not trust anything he says and for sure don't trust Mr. Herring (GM). This company only cares about getting paid and they are masters at giving customers the run around. They did not fix my foundation problem.. Do not use their finance company either, Enerbank, which paid them without my consent and has been totally unhelpful with resolving my dispute with this contractor. Larry promised me a 75 year warrantee for my foundation repair which I have yet to receive. Anyway, they say a picture is worth a thousand words. Run away from these quacks!

We had Austin H., Victor, and Junior install two piers to stabilize a foundation crack in our home. They arrived on time, discussed what was going to be done and finished up when they said they would. Very knowledgeable crew. A very good job overall.

Work was performed by the Rayford crew. They were fast, efficient, and very courteous. Project area was kept clean and final work product was excellent. Rayford also took the time to show me what was done and answer all questions. An excellent experience all around. I would highly recommend the company and the Rayford crew.

Ronald was the crew leader. Flooring/foundation was raised and reinforced with the jacks. They got the job done quickly, Ronald was very patient with our questions and took the time to explain things to us. Very professional and courteous. I would hire these guys again any day, and would want Ronald running the crew. We are so happy with the work that was done. Very happy in Winnabow.

Juan and Julian performed the work in a professional manner and left my drive clean. Both of these individuals were outstanding, professional and a pleasure to work with. Juan was the crew leader.....Julian was his sidekick. These gentlemen worked as a team should work....as one! There was no wasted time and the job was all and more than I expected. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend this company for any of the services they provide. A class act all the way!

WOW! these guys saved my butt during a home sale. Another company wanted to charge me almost 8000 for the work i needed done, Andy Pittman came to the rescue with not only a quote that was nearly 2000 less, but they even squeezed me in on a super booked schedule and came in on the weekends to complete it. The crew that showed up were very professional and got the job done, right, on time, and with no extra costs. i cant thank this company enough.

Wanted to say thank you for the professionalism of Juan and Victor who did a fantastic job on our pool!!! The concrete had settled and left a hazardous lip people could fall over. They were on time, called to confirm before coming, took time to discuss the process before we started and answered all my questions. The work performed is perfect. Clinton and Josh S. worked tirelessly to solve both an interior leveling issue and stabilizing the slab. They are to be commended for their professionalism and shifting gears when the original plan was not executable. I highly recommend them for their honesty and straightforward approach to solving the problem.

From Justin, the sales person, to Austin H. and his work crew, all were professional and knowledgeable. Austin H. and his team were great to work with. He called to let me know they were on the way and they arrived on time and the work was completed in one day. Except for the fresh dirt you couldn't tell they had been there. The work area had been cleaned up before they left. I will definitely use their services again.
