On 9/23/24, Jeremy, a Senior Service Technician from Southeast Foundation Repair, performed the annual inspection of my foundation repair. Punctuality and Preparedness Jeremy arrived promptly at the scheduled time, equipped with all necessary tools and equipment for the job. He took the time to introduce himself, explain the purpose of the inspection, and outline what steps he would be taking during the process. Thoroughness and Knowledge Throughout the inspection, Jeremy demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of foundation systems. He meticulously examined each area, including all installed jacks and structural supports, and checked for any signs of movement or further settling. He clearly knew what to look for and explained his findings in a way that was easy to understand, highlighting the current state of the foundation. Communication and Professionalism Jeremy maintained clear and effective communication throughout the process. He took the time to answer all my questions and provided detailed explanations regarding the condition of the foundation. No customer service. Will not return phone calls. Paid a lot of money and expected at least a phone call to help us but to no available. Do not use this company or let them on your property.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! Do not use them, but if you did, I hope you got everything in writing. Larry (Saleman) is a liar. Do not trust anything he says and for sure don't trust Mr. Herring (GM). This company only cares about getting paid and they are masters at giving customers the run around. They did not fix my foundation problem.. Do not use their finance company either, Enerbank, which paid them without my consent and has been totally unhelpful with resolving my dispute with this contractor. Larry promised me a 75 year warrantee for my foundation repair which I have yet to receive. Anyway, they say a picture is worth a thousand words. Run away from these quacks!
