I signed a contract for roof replacement on June 1, 2020. They started the project on June 15th which took 5 days to complete. At the end of June going into July, I called the representative Cody Mailhers and told him the roof is leaking. He came, put some goop on the flashing around the chimney. This issue continued until September after he came here 5 or 6 times as they failed County Inspection 3x's. In the meantime, it is leaking down the wall of the chimney on the inside of my home and settling under my flooring. After Hurricane Sally hit, I called the company and asked for a real roofer to look. The group that came finally told me they did not do the flashing correctly around the chimney and that he will have to order materials to fix the issue. So, my house smelling like mold and mildew, I pulled the flooring up to dry out the floor and ended up pulling the whole first floor due to water damage. According to the sales guy and the second group of installers, the owner knew all about this issue going back to June when I called. I had been asking since July to talk to the owner but got the runaround. The roofers finally came on December 30 to fix the leak in my home. I took photos and videos from June through December to show the owner and he never came to look at the damage the leak caused. I finally got to speak to owner Mike Parsons on January 5, 2021, after 7 months. I asked him for compensation and he told me to claim on my insurance or claim it as hurricane damage-which is a lie to the IRS. They also guarantee workmanship for 5 years on the contract. In the end, he offered me $1000 on a $6200 fix from the damage his roofers caused - flooring and wallboard. Lawyers around here all about the accident victims and not about helping this kind of blatant disregard. I had to take it as I was going TDY and had no more time. They only care for themselves $$$ - Watch out for this company!! The owner was arrogant and told me to take him to court and take it or leave it. It would have been ok if he offered half of the damage instead of a measly $1000 that his people caused. Sad, he knew about it for 7 months!! Disgusting way to do business and take advantage of good people. Too bad you can't take away his license on work ethic alone!! I hope he is not taking advantage of the senior population here as that would make matters even worse. Maybe if Mike Parson came here to see what happened instead of ignoring me for 7 months, I would have been nicer here. I get Covid shut down business last year but to take advantage is just Disgusting!! They only care for themselves $$$ - Watch out for this company!!

Salesperson good job.company delivered supplies, then roofers show up.(should call ahead).contractor did not cover my pool(was in contract)roofing nails and debris got in pool and now have rust stains.Roofers tore up drywall where skylight was(knocked repair off price).your roof will look good but beware if you have skylights or a pool.

Mike Parsons is a very professional and able contractor. Which is hard to find theses days. He came in with a great estimate and we had some unforeseen wood rot it was repaired and everything is excellent. I would recommend this company for your home improvement needs
