They called to give me an estimate appointment. When they called back, I was asked if I could meet with the owner 2 hours earlier, so I agreed, told him what I needed, got an estimate and scheduled the work. Three hours later the work was done, the cleaning was done and they were on the road. A great job in a very timely manner, supervised from start to finish. A definite 5 star review.

I must say, dealing with Colin the owner is the easiest thing. His main goal is that you are happy with the work. He checks on his crew frequently, and in person. His crew is top notch. I was shocked at how fast, careful and thorough they were. I had been pricing tree removal for about 6 months, Colin came in with the lowest estimate by about 500.00 and was out there THE NEXT DAY getting it done! The others had waits, weeks out... I highly recommend this company

They are truly an amazing company. Phil came to give me a quote the very next day after my call. That same week his crew showed up and removed the fallen tree, and all of the damaged trees from my property. They also pruned my existing maple trees. Everyone was professional and very fast. SoutheastTree.com was the first company to contact me from my request through Angi. I was contacted by Lindsey within two hours, She was very personable and “on the ball.” Colin, the company owner and an arborist, came the following day, and his quote was reasonable, (versus the overcharge of several other quotes.) To remove trees in our area it is necessary to have a permit, which is not easily nor quickly obtainable. Lindsey called within three days to say she had the required permit! Two crews were onsite within two more days. In one day (!) they removed three enormous trees in the backyard (considered “specimen” trees) in fairly tricky surroundings. All trunks, branches and debris were adequately removed - plywood was placed on all grassy areas to prevent damage by the bobcat. Unfortunately, our beautiful ocean of ivy was, unavoidably, almost entirely destroyed, but we trust it will recover in time. At the end of the day, the yard was cleared and blown and tidy. A few large logs remained unremoved on the curb because Rick, who loaded the enormous trunk pieces onto a truck bed, had to dump them at the designated site by closing time. A man of integrity, he returned on his own time, in a couple of hours, to load the rest, before leaving the area clean. Lastly, I cannot say enough about the foreman, Billy. He is open, caring, careful, understanding of just about anything that was mentioned. When a neighbor changed her mind about something to which she had given permission (she has some dementia), he was gentle and found another solution. His kindness is palpable and, on a stressful day that any massive tree removal presents, he is the person one wants alongside. It was obvious that the dozen men in the two crews enjoy his manner as well.

I was contacted within an hour of my request. The estimate was fair. A permit was required, which was obtained within three days (unusually quick!) The huge job was done in one day and the yard was left clean and tidy.
