He was prompt, courteous, seemed to know all about water softeners, personable. He was not offended when I called him back when it seemed that there was still something wrong ( it just needed some time for the water heater to refill with soft water ) He seemed to be pricey, but explained the reason for the cost of the repair and even gave me a reduction in price.

Bruce and Gregg were great! Responding and installing very fast and professional as well as courteous! After bad techs , it was a pleasure dealing with Southeast who also gave me a very nice purchase price for a new system! They care and know their business!!

We had a late night problem with our our household well pump...and it was on Labor Day weekend! We found his info on Service Magic.. We called Bruce from the number listed on the website and he called back within minutes (on a Friday night!). Instead of telling us it would cost $1500 for a new pump, Bruce took the time to walk us through some troubleshooting techniques. Over the phone, we were able to get the pump up and running. He even walked us though switching out a part! In addition to the help, he gave us tips on how to pressurize the tank to make it run better! Now, THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANKS BRUCE! -Rob & Jen

I thought I had a leak with my water softener. They found that it was actually a plugged drain from the air conditioner. They fixed the plugged drain and also performed some minor maintenance on my water softener while they were there. The cost was quite reasonable and I'd likely call on them again if I had issues with my water softener.
