Extremely poor service and would not recommend. The improperly diagnosed issue, charged for everything then did not make me a priority to come out and do the proper repair. Set me out 2 weeks for a 2nd appt then was a no-show. I lost all the food in my fridge and ended up buying a new fridge. They said they would refund me everything but the service fee but did not refund me that part until 3 months later when I had to dispute it on my credit card. They still think they are deserving of the $75 service fee. Service was a joke.

Chris was the model of professionalism. He arrived, evaluated the situation, fixed the problem and left us with a working washing machine!

I was able to get my freezer, washing machine, and gas dryer all repaired within two days, for less than replacing one appliance. I was very pleased with Chris Moore, very punctual and courteous.

At the initial visit I was told a pump needed to be replaced in my dishwasher. 1 week later they showed up and after replacing pump It still did not work. Blaming the issue on a faulty product. Reordered another pump and another week later came back and installed and did not work still. Had to bring in another person from the company to now tell me the dishwasher was toast and I needed a new one. Was told I would receive a refund of 1/2 my deposit. 6 weeks later and still no check. I call every week and get the same answer. oh not sure why your not getting it. We will send another out to you. stay away

Haven't had any problems with them, very punctual and efficient on the work they do.
