I hired Southeastern electrical Services to remove my Casablanca fan and send it in for repair. They removed it in mid January and as of Mid March have not returned it or answered my repeated telephone calls. I would never recommend this company for any Job.

The service was performed very well. The service man who did the work was excellent, and did a couple of extra unscheduled jobs for us without complaint, even working through lunch hour. Prior to the day of service, however, communications with the owner was difficult. Always polite and professional, but very slow to respond to questions, often a week or more after having posed the question. The only reason I stayed with this contractor through completion is that I was very busy with other tasks at the time, and just didn't get around to interviewing more electricians.

Very timely, neat and affordable.

David was very neat prompt and profesional. He came and looked at the work I needed done and answered all of my questions. He provided a detailed estimate for what we discussed. After comparing estimates from other Electrcians i chose SES (and David) based mostly on the recommendations from this site and from meeting him personally. The installers came when they said, were courteous and did a very professional job. I would DEFINATELY recommend SES to anyone and will not hesitate to call David again in the future.

At first, the service was fine even though the workers arrived 30-45 minutes late without notifying me of their tardiness. They did the job (moved circuit breakers around and installed a dedicated outside outlet) quickly, and now, I wonder if that is the reason why I'm having problems. I've tried calling them 4 times and even emailed them to check on their work and why my outside outlet is not working. It's only been a month, and there is no reason an outlet can go bad that quickly. I can understand needing to call maybe twice but four times?! And I still have not gotten even a courtesy call nor did they respond to my email. Poor service.
