They are kind, courteous and respectful from the owner, Ben Smith, down to the hired labor hands. You would do well to hire this company. Look no further!

I learned from this experience. I should have had a detailed quote, in writing, and I should have checked each and every outlet before the company left my home. The outlets that were supposed to be fixed in fact did not work, but unfortunately I did not have a need to use any of the outlets until the following day. Ben did return to the job site the second day. After three different theories, he did determine the issue and fixed it, but I was surprised when he indicated he would invoice me for the second visit, then proceeded to let me know the second trip would be a good price. I stated the second trip was simply necessary to fix what did not work as a result of his first trip. Also, the prices he verbally quoted me ($150 per fixture) differ from those stated on HomeAdvisor ($75 average per fixture). First HomeAdvisor review I am giving that is less than 5 stars, and I do not do this lightly. Wish Ben the best, but I would not hire again.

Another company had turned down the business. Benjamin couldn't believe it. Said he was certain he could do it -- would I allow him to just come by to see. He came. He fixed it. He was friendly, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable.

I needed two extra outlets installed in my living room, I decided to use home advisor to search for a good electrician to install these, also needed someone to run some power to a yard shed. Southeastern electrical specialists got in touch with me within ten minutes. They came out and gave me an estimate for the job which I thought was fair. They came out the following day, the towers turned out to be around 8 inch thick a challenge for anyone to install outlets, sheet rock would have been much easier for the guys but they persevered and completed the job, they dug a ditch and run power to my shed after that. They were on time called to give me an ETA, very polite professional and most I importantly to me did not cut any corners, shabby work will come back to haunt you with electrical work, Ben even pointed out a couple of things to enlighten me on my main breaker box, whoever did the electrical work crammed wires back there very messy like, and showed me an example of how it should look at one of his recent jobs. Once again you get what you pay for this company is fair and reasonable if you want your local handyman to come and do the job for fifty dollars and a case of bud lite and three months later your house is burnt to the ground then you may have some regrets. But these guys will do it right, I would not hesitate to use them again for any electrical work. The other gentleman who worked with Ben Al was hard working and professional in all he did also. They are licensed in Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee.
