They were quick to respond and provide a quote, and showed up to start the job when they said they would. But after that, the job lingered and a pattern of poor communication and not following through began. They started the job but stopped with no explanation or communication. After more than a week after I called and texted, they finally said the dehumidifier was on back-order. It didn't show up when they originally said, but finally several weeks after starting the job they finished. In the meantime I had to bury some of the drain pipe myself because the dirt was killing more of my grass. I was promised photos of the finished work that I never received. I had to crawl under the house myself to inspect the work. It turned out they left an old drain hose in place that was supposed to be removed. The dehumidifier was placed in a way that it only drew air from half the crawl space. After several missed appointments to make these punch list repairs they showed up and finished the job. A follow up appointment to reset the dehumidifier as promised has so far not happened. Overall I believe the work to be of good quality, but I cannot recommend them because they so often have not followed up as promised, provided communications, or fulfilled all the promised post-installation support. I can only hope the dehumidifier warranty was sent in by them as promised.

Every encounter with SHS was great. The follow through was what I expected and the commitment to complete the work was awesome. I would definitely recommend them and their services.

I just received 4" of rain from Irma and my basement is dry, this is first time in 31 years that I have not had to vacuum for 3 days to remove the water. I want to thank the Southeastern Home Solutions people for a great job .

Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Josh took the time to make sure that I understood the issues and what was causing them, he showed me pictures and explained the solution until he was sure I was completely comfortable. I have recommended SHS and will continue to do so.

Very nice and helpful to work with. Competent and knowledgeable about the problem and what would need to be done to fix it. Thoughtful letting me know when to expect them and would notify me if running late. Have recommended SHS to several others already. Rain made the finished appearance of the work not as neat but couldn't be helped. One slight problem is with a hole washing and returning but I'm very glad I hired SHS.

Due to financial needs, we have not hired this pro yet. After discussing it with my husband when we get the funds to complete this project we will be using Southeastern Home Solutions. Owner was very polite and knowledgeable about the product that he is selling.

The SHS crew made sure we felt comfortable with our decision to waterproof the basement. They answered every question we had promptly and did not make any changes to our home without checking with us first. This crew had great attitudes!
