Tom was awesome! I was not sure if I would be able to find anyone to inspect and repair my gas fireplace, but he called me within minutes to schedule an appointment. He arrived, got straight to work, explained to me in detail what he was doing, and fixed my issue with the fireplace. I will definitely call him for any future issues with my gas fireplace or HVAC.

Southeastern mechanical airworks was very prompt in getting in touch with me when the work order was first put in. They worked with my chaotic schedule, and found the problem within minutes of checking my system. I have been fighting with this problem for nearly 3 years and other A/C companies kept either doing band aid patches or control board resets. Southeastern mechanical airworks found the problem and ordered the parts BEFORE they left, and kept me informed of the progress of the part order and then made it a priority to come finish the job once parts were in. This will be my go to company for my future Heating and air needs as my system is working now better than the day I bought my home.

I previously hired this company to service my heater. My heater worked for about 2 weeks and went out again. The guy told me to call back if it gave me problems again. I had been calling and calling and no response as of yet. I ended up calling a different company and it turns out the previous company didn’t really fix the problem the guy basically put a bandaid on a bullet wound. I am totally disappointed and I got scammed by this company, I wouldn’t recommend them.

These guys came out the same day that I called them and their price was very reasonable. They even give military discounts! My issue wasn't very complicated but I will be using them for all my hvac needs in the future.

I woke up this morning and my downstairs heat was not working. I called and they said they could be by at noon. A about an hour later I got a call and they said they could come early which I was grateful for. Upon arriving the problem was diagnosed quickly and my system only need a servicing. There was a lot of buildup on the burners which kept them from firing properly. The problem was resolved in about 20 minutes and the heat was working great. I also asked to have another item taken care of if time was not an issue. I was assured that what I wanted to take care of would not be an issue and about 30 minutes later it was taken care of. The cost of the service and other work was a lot cheaper than I was expecting. I have saved numbers and will definitely be calling this company again for spring/fall servicing for now on. The quick response was greatly appreciated as the temps for the last couple of nights were in the upper teens.

Super polite, courteous and took the time not only to diagnose and fix the issue but to show me exactly what he did and wouldn't leave until our unit was running perfectly.

The guy came looked at the heat pump and said I might need new defrost temperature switches. He was supposed to order them and get back to me. Guess what that was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't heard a word from service guy.

Came out promptly, outstanding customer service. Best price for the service that I needed. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.
