Billy returned my call within 2 hours (on a Sunday). Heavy rain storm causing roof leak. Monday came for thorough evaluation of problem on roof and in attic. Tuesday repair completed. Very reasonable price for repair work done. St. Johns, Fl.

Billy at Southeastern Roofers was very responsive. During my initial research he was the first to call me back and provided the best evaluation and estimate for the work that needed to be done. In fact I've used him on a second job just recently. He's honest and doesn't try to find things to fix. He ended up charging me less than estimated because the job ended up going faster and being easier. I like on time and under budget and he delivered. He also got me in touch with other contractors that have done excellent work for me.

Owner called me within an hour of my request for a quote. He was available to do a roof repair within 48 hours. On the day of job worker was an hour late. He said he was given a wrong house # by boss. Roof Repair to replace rusty nails was done quickly and professionally. Boss arrived within 10 minutes of job completion and apologized for mix up. Price of job was better than another roofer's bid by over 10%. They were also very responsive to my need for immediate service.

Finally, a responsive roofer that wants to solve problems. Billy took the time up front to understand the issues and walked us through the repairs.
