They were so helpful in getting out to address my problem quickly. Then it turned out that the problem was more than expected as some of the cameras had not been put on line by the prior technician. Eric was great at taking care of each and every problem efficiently and professionally.

The tech was very efficient. He setup the network on DVR for camera system. I have a mentally disabled child that is non verbal. I installed a camera system in because I have sitters to come in and watch her. The sitters are from an agency. So I don't know who they will send sometimes. My recorder wasn't working, so I hired Southern Alarm to repair the DVR. Came out with in the week and was able to get everything up and running. I thank you very much. Now I am so relieved that I can leave her with the sitters and I can see her in real-time anytime I want to.

Arrived on time for all appointments. Delivered and installed all ordered parts. Made suggestions during installation for best coverage. Cleaned up after installation to include vaccuming. Explained in detail how the system worked. They did everything they said they would do and did it promptly and correctly.
