Nathan was outstanding! He called to request a change in our repair appointment. He arrived on time. He explained what he was doing and why. He pointed out some concerns which he repaired at no additional charge. But beyond all that, Nathan took so much pride in his work. He genuinely loves what he's doing and it shows. I was not just another job to get through before moving on. We've become so accustomed to mediocre service that we just expect every contractor is doing us a favor by showing up. Nathan was a true professional and a pleasure to have in our home.

Ben and Mike we’re phenomenal. They were knowledgeable, professional, prompt and courteous. I can’t say enough great things about Southern Chimneys. They repaired both of my fireplaces in record time and taught me a few tips in the process. Ben was so knowledgeable that he tried something he’d never done before to get one of my fireplaces to work, and he fixed it. I highly recommend them. I asked for a few of their business cards to pass out in my subdivision. Southern Chimneys is a great company. If you have any issues with your fireplace, call them.
