My technician Robert L. of Southern Comfort HVAC did my Spring AC servicing today. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful answering all my questions! He even helped adjust a few of my vents that were located high up on the ceiling to improve the airflow! Wonderful service! Very pleased with the company and knowing they take pride in customer satisfaction!

Repair associate was very nice and professional. He showed up on time. However, this company quoted $1000 plus their service fee to replace a condenser fan blade, which seemed like an excessively high quote. I called another AC repair company that agreed this was a high quote. The other repair company completed the repair with OEM parts for half that cost! Southern Comfort's office said their pricing is mid-range when compared to other companies. But based on this huge difference in pricing, it appears their repair pricing might actually be in the high tier range. Very nice people, and I've used them before for repairs, but I wonder about their pricing.
