Friendly early good job on power washing other then my flood lights stop working hoping it's just the bulbs.Had roof cleaned/treated looks ok but as Jason mentioned he may have to come back to apply more. Over all very good

I liked Jason. Courteous and prompt. We had specifically asked that care be taken to protected the plants in our garden, and he said he would use an eco-friendly soft wash, only on the front; we paid $70 extra for this. Problem is, the gutter for the roof he cleaned runs to the back garden; a swath of plants (including my wifes zucchini and tomato plants) got burned, as did some of the grass out front. We did pay him in full and I did not want to belabor the point too much; things happen. I suggested maybe he can offer some money back so we could move on (I mean: we had specifically paid extra to take special care with the plants, and then a good section of them got burned anyway). He offered to refund $100 on July 11th (to which I agreed). I have yet to receive it, though we had paid him in full. I have texted him twice since then and have not heard back. Not a good way to deal with a situation like this. I feel like we have been reasonable and have been taken advantage of.

Quick to respond to my request. Arrived early. Fantastic quality of work. Worked with me to stay within my budget. I was amazed he didnâ t need a lift for my 3 story building. Rust stains on the edge of my businesses roof wouldnâ t come completely off but they are very tough to get out. Would hire again and would recommend.

Jason called quickly after my request and gave me a very fair estimate, whereas other companies were charging significantly more. Jason showed up on time and did a great and thorough job. Will hire again.

Initial work was done as scheduled, but it took numerous calls to get Jason to return for touch-up work.

I would never recommend this company. If I could give this review no stars I definitely would give it no stars. On 12/31/2020. This company came out cleaned half of the roof. I texted pictures on that same day and said I was unhappy with the results. This company was paid in full on 12/31/2020. (I have a receipt as proof) The owner of the company promised to return and never returned. He explained it would need more than one power washes to remove all algae and moss. See last correspondence I sent to this company via text. (I have yet to receive a reply to this day 2/11/2021 nor refund). I dont know if this is how this company treats all their customers or just specific customer but I will never use them again or Homeadvisor.com. When you initially came out on 12/31/2020, we agreed you would return a second time to effectively remove all allergen off the roof. We are approaching 22 calendar days later from the initial treatment date. I was unable to make it to the property today. Therefore, I wanted to confirm whether or not you came out today? When i spoke with the representative from SCHS, LLC, he explained that he would power wash my gutters to get them cleaned. He never said he would hook a hose up to my water source. When i pulled up to my house, he had started the work. My water was just running. He said his battery in his car died and, he asked someone to give him a jump. So while that was going on my water was running. Also i had to ask him to clean up all of the debris of off my patio / patio furniture from cleaning the gutters. Also he left all of the debris in the front of my house from the gutters. I would not ever hire this company again, nor would i refer this company.

Jason initially called within minutes of my request and set-up the service within the next few days. When weather delayed the ability to complete the service he following up throughout and as soon as the weather cooperated he completed the job and everything looked great!

Super professional, responsive and fair pricing. Jason did an excellent job and even cleaned my skylights!! Checked the gutters and reported they were clear! Highly recommend this service company!!!

He was very attentive to our needs. He called to let me know he was being delayed at another job. He came in and did an awesome job. I will be hiring them to pressure was my entire house. Great job guys!
