Initially, The Southern CT Overhead Door sent their representative named Hannah to review/measure my garage and advised me of what I needed to do prior to My old garage door was removed and replaced with a new garage door on 2/8/2022! Ms. Hannah was very detailed, and her excellent advice was much appreciated! Then on 2/8/2022, The Southern CT Overhead Door installation Team of Ryan and Timothy showed up as expected, and 3 hours later our new garage door was completely installed, and it worked/looked way better than the one they replaced! PS: As a retired Q.A. Specialist for the Fed Govt, I can honestly say "I know good and bad when I see it, and receive it", and I would recommend the Southern CT overhead Company to all! Thank you again Team Hannah, Ryan and Timothy!

Ordered a door via the Home Depot portal and was originally told 4 weeks. 12 weeks later I finally got my doors. Now 4 months later the cable breaks, most likely from a shoddy install. They come out and the owner refuses to fix- says its not covered by warranty. Stay away from these criminals.

Mary Beth was also great with the customer service on order, scheduling and reconfirming installation date. Dan was very professional, was on site and worked together with his team to make sure installation was perfect. Very fair pricing, and I did shop around. Very highly recommend. Just call them!
