This is our 2nd project with this company. We appreciate that he does the project as requested, but that he is also respectful of our home & us. We had a 20' great room painted and surrounding areas. They worked diligently, cleaned up after themselves, and the quality of the work is great! Would gladly hire them again!

We had popcorn texture removed from our kitchen & the walls & trim painted. Very pleased with the work & finished product. Eric was busy at the time we were scheduling our work so we had to wait 2-3 weeks, but he was able to work us in a few days earlier than expected. Was well worth the wait to get this work completed. We hope to use him on a future project.

Eric Potts is a very personable young man who isn't afraid of hard work. He removed water stained drywall in my garage ceiling and replaced it with new and painted it to match--all in 90+degree heat! Every contact I had with him was in a timely manner and once we decided on a date, he was there. It took him 2 afternoons to complete the work. My work was not urgent so I didn't mind waiting a little for him as he is a very busy man. I'm sure if it had been an emergency, he would have been there in no time. He was definitely worth waiting for and is a very honest man. His price was more than fair and I would use him again and highly recommend him to anyone.

Eric and his employees used various means (including grinding) to remove three layers of deteriorated paint from our garage floor. They came on the date we prearranged (unlike another contractor we had originally scheduled and dropped) and worked on the project until completed. They did an outstanding and thorough job and cleaned up well afterwards. Eric and his employees were very cordial, cooperative, and enjoyable to work with. I would definitely have no concerns in using Eric's services if I should need his capabilities in the future.

This project was to panel the walls and ceiling of our garage. After completion Eric noticed an issue which was promptly remedied. These are great craftsmen that are fair and honest.

The owner Eric, responded to my request for an estimate quickly. His final price was exactly what he said. He told us the job would take about one week and it did. There was some major drywall repair that needed to be done, as well as trim work. The house looks amazing. The paint job is clean with sharp cut edges and corners. Eric and his workers were polite and on time. They worked hard and put in a full day each day. I would recommend and hire this company again in a heartbeat.

Eric and his crew were great. Did a fantastic job on our cathedral ceiling removing the old popcorn and repairing the drywall and giving me a beautiful smooth ceiling. Would definitely call him for any future drywall or painting needs.

Very hard working, on time, we had several contractors working on our property at the same time. They all worked together well. The work was very good and the cost was reasonable and any additions or changes on our part was completed in a speedy time. These men work very long hours and our home is in the Foothills and the second story was NOT easy to reach. I would not hesitate to share this information with my friends and neighbors. They will be back out this spring to remove wall paper inside our home, repair drywall, texture and paint. Very Pleased with the completed work.

Eric and his assistant did a great job scraping the old popcorn texture off the cathedral ceiling in the living room and hot tub room and painting both ceilings. They erected plastic barriers to contain the mess and did a thorough clean up job. They were professional, considerate, and very polite. I would definitely recommend them.

We were allowed $1,500 by our insurance company to cover drywall repair and painting. The companies they referred us to seemed less professional than Eric Potts at Southern Connection. We decided to pay an extra $500 out of pocket to hire a professional. My husband and I just had a good feeling about Eric and Scott. We ended up making the right decision. There is no difference in the way the room looks now and the way it looked before half the ceiling fell in due to a burst pipe and water leak. A+++
