Worked quickly as well as carefully from offer of the job to completion. Had the right number of roofers to get the work done but not tripping over each other. Very Proffessional

They came when promised. They cleaned up after themselves. My husband requested the work be done a certain way, and they did it that way. The garage looked like it needed torn down as the roof was completely rotted. After they were done, they power washed the sides of the garage. This made the building look new again. We are no longer ashamed of the property we just bought, instead they helped make us proud of our home. When we are ready for the siding to be replaced on the house, we will be calling them. Highly recommended.

The crew was on time and worked hard, replacing a roof in 2 days. Josh was always polite and considerate; returning phone calls within a reasonable time. I would recommend them highly and will consider hiring them for any further projects.

Josh and his crew are absolute professionals. The crew works together like a well oiled machine, each man knows his part, as does all. My special request was to have my woodburning stove pipes ran through the roof in addition to all new shingles. Not a problem! If you have a crazy schedule, Josh will work with you and will refuse to accept final payment until he is sure you are satisfied with everything. If there are any extra little things, he will come back and throw it in. (I am insisting that he takes extra cash for gas just for coming back when he does not have to.) Please don't look any further. Hire them with confidence, then relax!

Josh was very professional to work with. I felt he went the extra mile to completing this project to my satisfication. His workers did a good job cleaning up the site each day and did extra cleaning when the project was completed. This showed me that his team took their profession seriously. I have seen other roofers in our neighborhood who did a poor job of cleaning. I would highly recommend Southern Const.

Josh and his crew did an exceptional job. They completed everything as asked and then some. Never had to reinstruct them on anything. We were out of town and job was completed and cleaned up. Excellent work. Very patient with insurance dealings, etc. highly recommend!
