Sales representative explained everything in detail. He answered all my questions without hesitation. Although we never really met I feel comfortable dealing with this company. The installers were clean and efficient and got the job done in two days. The panels are definitely saving on my electric bill especially during the summer months. The only issue I have is the connection of their monitoring unit to my Wi-Fi to be able to see how well the system is working. It is a bit cumbersome and its taken me several times to master it.
