"This particular job was an abnormal project which consisted of duties out of the normal regimen. The customer was told a speculated amount of what the electrician might charge but ultimately any electrical wiring and the approximate amount was between the homeowner and the electrician. The electrician did confirm the homeowner requested an extra outlet & service which made his price more. Upon the day of installation, due to uncontrollable circumstances, only one tech was able to attend and finish the job, which made the time completion longer than anticipated. The company did in fact grant some labor and material at no charge."
