We hired SouthernEEZ to maintain our lawn mowing, weed eating, pruning, etc. They did a decent job on the first visit, they just didn’t clean up very well. Most of what they pruned lay within the beds not the best first impression but we were okay with it. Second visit, Tiki torch and fire pit cover both get weed whacked. Cover is still shedded up pretty good, Tiki torch has since been replaced. They reimbursed us for the torch but it required three emails. This poor communication became rather thematic in the ensuing months as issues continued to crop up. There was little consistency in who showed up to cut the grass and no way to know what services were actually performed. There’s no client portal or paper write-up, you just go on faith that you’re getting your money’s worth. But when weeds are still growing in the beds and in the lawn, hardscapes aren’t sprayed, and pruning takes a month to get done, you begin to question what they’re actually doing besides mowing the lawn for $180 per month. On the last visit, before we fired them, they weed whacked our garden bench, salvia and lavender and trampled multiple plants while finally getting around to pruning our front hedge. Clippings were left hanging in the hedge and were all over the beds, including within the plants that remained intact. We have never experienced such unprofessional and unreliable service from a company. Take your business elsewhere.

This business is very customer satisfaction oriented. The business owner is very "hands-on" and goes out of his way to see that the job is done to the customer's satisfaction. The only negative thing I would have to say is that after prepping the beds pine needles were spread but very scantly and we had to add more to appropriately mulch the bed.

This was a hardscape installation. They did an excellent job, on time, with courtesy for me and my neighbors. They were organized, neat, and efficient. I am thrilled with the results.

Souther-EEZ did a great job from beginning to end. Anyone that is looking to have sod installed please make sure you contact Southern=EEZ before you make your final decision/

Very satisfied with the service

Nate does not stand behind his grass vendor's product. He installed 3 pellets of Tall Fescue grass in my back yard on 09.18.15, and two pellets were ok but the 3rd one was not quality grass. I now have grass that has come in 50%. His quote, "I've shared this with my supplier. They should stand behind their product and I will stand behind our work" on 10.13.15. On 10.20.15, his quote, "I am still going back and forth with super sod. I want to replace the sod asap, but am pushing them to cover the cost given the bad material. I appreciate your patience given this inconvenience." To date, 10.26.15, no sod replacement in back yard.

They did a great job, and worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied with the job. I would call them again, and would recommend them to my friends.

We hired Southern-EEZ to mow a property of ours in the Charlotte area. Nate, the owner was very courteous and professional on the phone. They were able to come out the same day and mow the yard, trim the bushes and edge the walk for a very reasonable price. After they finished, they sent us pictures of the completed work and the yard looks great! We are very pleased with their work and will be scheduling them to maintain the yard on a regular basis. Good job!

We spoke on the phone and they came to my house within an hour for an estimate. JD and Tyler were extremely polite and well spoken. As promised the quote arrived a few days later via email. I called them to clarify some things, they were very agreeable and fairly priced. The very next day their team was out mowing my yards. I met them and they were very respectful. Im now waiting for the stump removal and mulch application so I cant yet comment on that work but so far I am very pleased. So glad I don't have to push mow over 6000 sqft of zoysia on a slope in the heat anymore! Thanks guys, Stacy

Great experience working with Southern-EEZ. Sod install was done without issue and Tyler has been great backing the work.

They came when he said they would, charged what he said they would and we're very polite and professional. The work they did was of the highest quality. Tyler answered all of my questions and was very courteous. Job well done!

My only remaining concern is that his workers forgot to take the payment I left on my door and when I called the owner he said he would be by the next day but has yet to come and I would like to pay him for his outstanding service.

There was some miscommunication between the contractor and I at times but he did what he said in the timely fashion and a good rate.

Quick response initially. We experienced some lax communication vs expectations, but have been extremely satisfied with the end result.
