I hired Chance from Southern Gutters to put leaf guards on my gutters. He was friendly and professional. He gave me an excellent quote and completed the task quickly and efficiently.

Only comment was that assigned worker did not follow the instructions at gate of community and entered the compound through wrong entrance This led to a visit to our property by security. The minor gutter repair was fine.

The job was not done properly, The gutters that they installed caused flooding in my veranda, He has not responded to my calls or texts.

The south company rep initial contract was customer was great however after preforming the job they went from being professional to not not being professional and using profanity towards the customer. After the work was completed the owner told me good luck if it leaks because he will not answer his phone I told him he has a agreement and he warranty for the workmanship and at that point he re-ply with a curse word after he was paid and leaving he told both my wife and I explosive words towards us!! I would not recommend this guy to do any work at your house because of unprofessional behavior!!

I have an earlier review where I gave them 5-stars. I still stand by that for the work. But, when I needed additional work done including fixing/replacing old gutters and making one adjustment to the downspout of the work performed (all chargeable work I was offering to pay for) I was basically ignored. I tried over the course of 8-weeks to get a response. I did get one, where I got an apology and was told they would get with me the following week. Then ghosted again. I made a mistake hiring them apparently. I can not help but recall when I nearly hired a competitor out of Palm Beach County (I am in Broward) they said... *Good Luck Getting Them To Support You Later*, well, I guess that was exactly what I got from SOUTHERN GUTTERS. Too bad. They were nice guys and seemed like the right choice at the time. Buyer Beware!

It was not a big job but they worked with me when I wanted to make a slight change on color in a couple of areas. They were here on time and got the job finished quickly and to my expectations.
