This is the worst company I have ever tried to deal with. Not only did they not deliver but they were the most unprofessional company ever. Promised me a door and when it didn't show would not answer my calls or return them. After using another number to get an answer from Russel I was still bullshitted and never got a door. I waited till the door was supposed to be installed on Thursday; then took the old door down. No door no phone call nothing. WORST COMPANY EVER DEALT WITH PERIOD. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE FOR A DOGGY DOOR. There are no negative stars on this survey so in order to submit it I had to check a half.

The first time I met with Russell, I knew he was the person for this project. Being one of those "very particular" homeowners, Russell exceeded my expectations, answered all questions and went out of his way to bring out sample panels for us to review before deciding on our new garage door. Communications up to and throughout the installation were excellent. The final product looks terrific and we could not be happier. I have already referred Russell and Southern Heritage Garage Doors to some of my friends.

I emailed this company and I received a phone call within 10 min of the email, very fast response. The other 2 Companies I emailed have yet to contact me. This company came out 2 days later and replaced my dads tension spring. Would recommend this company to any and I'm keeping their number for my self invade I ever need repair for my garage door.

I was emailing Russ until 11pm one evening asking and answering questions and confirmed an appointment. He was not only on time with the arranged time but gave me an advance notice that he was on his way. We discussed options and felt that he was honest about what needed to be done and product selection. He works fast and efficient and got everything done on the same day which was very helpful. Will definitely use him and refer him to friends and neighbors!

Russell went above and beyond what I would expert a garage technician to do to get my garage door installed. He worked under extreme circumstances with 2 cars in my garage but didn't give up until he found a solution. The garage is top-notch quality, and he even offered to come back the following week to check on my electric motor for free. You won't find any of those big companies out there offering that. They are very affordable. Being a single mom/grandmother, price is extremely important. His company also includes a 2 year warranty should anything go wrong. I would give them 10 stars but 5 is as high as it goes. I highly recommend this company. I couldn't be happier.

Russ showed up when he said he would. He was courteous and friendly and able to discuss the pros and cons of repair vs replace my current 8 yo garage door opener and also the pros and cons between 2 different replacements. He installed the new one the same day, cleaned up after himself and took the old equipment away with him. He also explained the warranty with the new unit and programmed the keyless entry I had installed at the same time. Would definitely recommend this service and would use them again.
