I hired Justin to come out and do a couple of projects around the house, one of the projects was to level a concrete slab and they leveled it with concrete with rocks in it and I called them back and said that the patch needs to be smooth and they said that they would come out to fix the slab and they have not, and now they will not return my calls

Service pro was late and there was no notification that he was going to be. When asked about how payment would be made and I said by check, POC at office requested that I leave the "pay to" line blank. I ended up agreeing to make it out to the business owners' name but I don't feel that was really appropriate. Pro also did not arrive in vehicle or shirt with business name on them as I had been told he would. I will say that he was friendly and easy going and did good work. He provided information about other projects that I want to have completed in the future. I would be willing to try them again because of the quality of the work and the friendliness of the person who completed it.
