One of our shingles was blown off during a storm. I tried unsuccessfully to get a roofer to come out and do such a minor repair. Upon calling this company, I was scheduled for a repair. David came out as scheduled and did the repair. What amazed me was that he took the time to inspect the roof and he fixed other shingles that had started to slip! I was not charged extra. David was conscious of of a potential problem and he did the necessary preventive work. That is EXCEPTIONAL!

I had a different person come out to repair leaks several times. I thought I was getting a deal until it rained and still leaked. I called Southern Home Improvement to come out and his Price was very reasonable. He told me supplies I could get to save me some money. They showed up early when they said and completed the job and cleaned up. I have waited until it rained hard before posting. NO LEAKS! After several days of hard rain. They were reasonably priced, courteous, helpful, and show up when they say they will.

Very personable and down to earth. Will give you honest suggestions and explain pricing behind it.
