"I do apologize that you feel this way. I walked you through the entire house when the job was done and you said everything looked great! You also set up an appointment for future cleaning. The laundry room door was closed so yes I thought about it but when I do an estimate I explain that any rooms that you have closed tells me that I should not go in there and that door was closed. I was never even shown that door when I did the estimate. You also did not pay me what was supposed to be paid and I even told you not to worry about the extra $25.00 trying to be nice! You never asked me to come back. You told me it was fine and as for the dirty rags - I never use the same rag through out the house I bring a big bag of rags for a reason. We use 2 mop pads in every home!"

"I sincerely apologize that you felt this way. When the job was complete I took you inside of the home and walked you through the entire house while you said how wonderful it was. You assured me before I left that the job looked great. You then had a carpet cleaning company come in the next day and then 2 days later you called me with your complaint after you assured me the job was complete. I told you a day and time that I could come back to fix whatever your concerns were. You then tell me not to worry about it you were cleaning It and you just want your refund. So on my end I feel I have done everything I could do to fix your concerns."
