Just to read my review because I have no idea of the quality of their work.

Installed gutters around entire perimeter of our home. Service was timely and done in a professional manner. Results excellent. We recommend Southern for all your home improvement needs.

Fast and a great job and cleaned up very well.

Several days later as I was working in my yard, I began to see different articles around my yard. I was not too happy about to see this stuff around my ard.

Salesman Mike Calico was very informative and there was no pressure. I was impressed immediately!! Office staff were very polite and helped efficiently all the way thru. James - office manager was very courteous when going over my order!! Installers were here at 9am sharp and were very efficient and polite and did an amazing job!!!! 9am - 4pm and they were finished!!!! I was very impressed!!! Would recommend them 100%!!!

***Disclaimer*** I am rating five stars so far based upon the service I have received so far. I am not scheduled to have my screened patio installed until next month. I received 4 different quotes for this job and decided to go with Southern. They were not the least nor most expensive bid I received but I did like the thoroughness of my estimator, George. I also felt a little more comfortable going with a company who does not sub out the work. I will update my rating once the job is complete but so far, I am satisfied.

Hired them to put a patio cover over my patio. They were timely and did a very professional job. I got a quote from 4 companies. They not only were the best priced but they discussed options with me and showed me all of their insurance paperwork so that I knew I was dealing with a reputable company...

Exceptional customer service and response to all our questions. I canâ t say enough about the two installers and how well they did on our job. Everything went well and 12 windows installed and clean up completed in just 5 hours. They installed 12 windows and removed all old windows with great clean up.

My wife wanted a screened in patio for her Christmas present. We received 3 bids. This bid tied with 1 other contractor. We chose Southern because they specialize in the project we needed. We also added on Gutters to the home. All came out great! From the initial call to the payment, they could not be a better company to work with. We have recommended them to our friends and will use them again on our next home.

Just be ready for weather delays.

So far no problems with the screening. The installer was very professional, and worked continuous to get the job done.
