The job was done well. The communication could have been better. The job started on a Thursday. I wasn't told when of if they'd be back to finish. They showed up Monday morning without any notice to finish. My patio turned out nice, though.

Salesman Mike Calico was very informative and there was no pressure. I was impressed immediately!! Office staff were very polite and helped efficiently all the way thru. James - office manager was very courteous when going over my order!! Installers were here at 9am sharp and were very efficient and polite and did an amazing job!!!! 9am - 4pm and they were finished!!!! I was very impressed!!! Would recommend them 100%!!!

***Disclaimer*** I am rating five stars so far based upon the service I have received so far. I am not scheduled to have my screened patio installed until next month. I received 4 different quotes for this job and decided to go with Southern. They were not the least nor most expensive bid I received but I did like the thoroughness of my estimator, George. I also felt a little more comfortable going with a company who does not sub out the work. I will update my rating once the job is complete but so far, I am satisfied.

Hired them to put a patio cover over my patio. They were timely and did a very professional job. I got a quote from 4 companies. They not only were the best priced but they discussed options with me and showed me all of their insurance paperwork so that I knew I was dealing with a reputable company...
