Though we had a couple of snafus, (windows not delivered when expected and misunderstanding about specific design of board on area of garage . . . my fault), the 4 administrators (Shawn, Christian, Travis and Jeff) were always helpful, professional, communicative and courteous. The workers, too, went above and beyond to meet my needs and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day/completed project. Despite working hard, and often in very hot conditions, they were always cheerful and polite. I highly recommend SHS in its entirety!

From first consultation to receipt of proposal and execution of a windows installation, this is an excellent company. Expectations set on how and when windows would be installed were met. The project consultant was top notch -- very knowledgeable and responsive. All involved knew what they were doing and focused on delivering a professional result. The owner came to view the completed job and clarify a question I had about half screens. He pursued a solution to address my needs that will shortly be provided. He is knowledgeable, approachable and, having talked with him, the reason SHS is a great team. No hassle, excellent value, fair price and competent people. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had SHS replace the roof on my home. The work was completed quickly, and was great quality. The customer services was good from start to finish and the cleanup after the work was completed was excellent. I would recommend.

This was a large project for us, a long time coming, and we wanted quality in every way. So we used Home Advisor, and interviewed the top 3 best rated companies listed. Southern Home Services turned out to be the best of the best, in every way possible. They worked with our budget, and gave us more than we asked for. The personal contact , the on-the-job management, the extra details...and the CREW was fantastic. I can't say enough about them, they worked in the hottest temps, yet I could hear them laughing & actually singing sometimes. Happy people do good work! Everyone was just amazing to deal with . Call them before you make a decision. We had our brick painted plus siding. It's more beautiful than I imagined, and I'm proud to say, has been the talk of the neighborhood.

Shawn and his crew were amazing to work with. On the walk through he allowed me to express my concerns and gave me the confidence that he was the best company for the job. His communications prior to the supplies and crews arriving confirmed we made the the right choice. On day one of the work he, his staff, and I walked out he job to make sure we were all on he same plan. Each day his crew showed up at least 20 min early and were prepared to start work promptly at 8am. This allowed the job foreman and I to review the previous day's work and discuss the plan for the day. Even when they were rained out for two days his crew still showed up to make sure my house was still protected from the elements. After the job the crew went around the house and made sure not even he smallest debris was left. My wife and I are extremely pleased with SHS and I would use them again and I highly recommend them also.

I found this company on homeadvisor for my mom who needed to have her a skylights repaired after a faulty install during her remodeling project. I searched here and on Angie's list. This company was the only one who sent my mom an official estimate and also a company who were very professional their interaction with my mom as a customer! I appreciate their impeccable customer service and excellent work. I definitely recommend.

We are very pleased with everything. We had two roofs replaced as two different projects, and it was always a great experience. Shawn (the owner) would be very closely involved with each project to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. As a side note, this company did not provide the cheapest quote, but the price seemed fair. Looking back, it was worth of every penny not to worry about anything going wrong and we end up with great looking roofs.
