I contracted with Southern Image Services / Southern Image Landscape Services for small deck replacement on a greenhouse and a repair / rebuild of a small existing deck area to support a spa replacement. Communications were good, work was done in a quality and timely manner, and all requested or required changes were handled professionally. Cost was per initial agreement. Contractor was a bit more informal in their approach to doing business than I expected but everything worked out well and I am satisfied.

This was the most pleasant construction experience we've ever had!! Eric Brazeel and his team were professional, efficient, creative, considerate,and skillful. Our deck is a work of art--much better than our original idea, because Eric improved our design with excellent suggestions. Our deck is also incredibly well-built and will probably outlast the house! We found Eric to be a man of integrity and honesty and enjoyed our daily relationship with him and his team. The project came in on time and within budget and the entire area was well-cleaned at the finish. We highly recommend Southern Image and will not hesitate to use them again.

They made a reasonable quote for the project. They completed the project on time and within budget. The materials and workmanship are of excellent quality.
