I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company. Dan Lane will go to any extent to help you and get the job done. He and his company are a real class A act.

Since I was having my basement finished BEFORE I actually moved into the house, honesty was very important to me. Dan was very honest and trustworthy. He started on time and informed me of any problems immediately. Before payment was requested, inspection reports were submitted. I really appreciated his work ethics, since it made this remodeling job stress-free!!

Lousy communicator. Dan still hasn't scheduled our final inspection and hasn't returned our calls. The price was good, but would not choose him again. His subcontractors were good and we would use the electrician and the HVAC guys again, but the dry wall team left a huge mess on our back porch on 2 different weekends which we cleaned up. Dan promised us a 2 week window to complete the work -- didn't get even close to this. Initially projected the work to begin in June, then July, then August. Once he finally started it took a full 3+ weeks to finish and we were left with a mess, plus no follow-up phone calls to say when they'd be back. And, like I said, we're still waiting for a final inspection. There was another respondant not listed above who came out and gave us an estimate and was really insightful and had great ideas. His price was higher originally, but in retrospect I would hire him. He seemed to be far more familiar with the industry and very confident of his ability to please us. This was a great service, though, and very helpful in assisting us in our decision-making. Thanks!
