I hired Austin for a remodel. I wired his company the money. I live approx. 3.5 hours away from the project, my mother has dementia and my wife has Alzheimer so it was difficult leaving the house to check on progress, I had to hire another contractor to completely start over on the project

Went above and beyond expectations.

I had multiple problems with Austin White and Southern Kentucky Home Services. My friend and I hired Southern Kentucky home services to remove junk from a detached garage. Austin kept asking for more and more money. They went in with a front end loader and damaged the front of the garage and garage doors. They also damaged furniture in the garage and trashed furniture that they were not supposed to remove.The left some furniture out side of the garage in the rain. They left debris scattered in the yard. I would recommend against hiring Southern Kentucky Home Services.

The service was completed and photographs provided to help illustrate the work completed and what was found.

I'm not here to say that this company is bad at all. I just think that Andrew was not a reliable professional for my project. My phone calls were never returned, texts were not responded to in a timely manner, and he NEVER showed up when he stated he would be here. He worked a few hours each time and brought family members along, to wait in the vehicle, while on the job. His work was NOT acceptable, leaving large amounts of drywall mud on walls and left nicks in a few walls that were not previously there. His undermining work and reliability was less than acceptable. When informed of my worries, I was told "I have a 62000 dollar job going on in Nancy Kentucky I've been late to to come do a little bit on your mud I drive most of the day and don't have a lot of time to pick up the phone. I assure you that drywall does not shake a stick on the projects I've completed I was just doing it to help you out I'm honestly not worried about it." Not a professional according to my standards. Also, had to pay an extra $100 to correct the mess made before it could be finished correctly.

Austin is unprofessional and dishonest. We had an appt for 12/1 and he was a no show. He took the 2,000. and did not refund the money.

The man who repaired the washing machine was nice and took care of the problem.
