Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System - Repair
Talked a good game, but could not back it up in service or quality of work. Job (drive-way cleaning & sealing) is still not complete after more than three weeks (1-2 day job). I made the mistake of paying before the job was completed - based on a promise to complete the job I left the payment to pick up. Drive-way is relatively clean, but sealing was only three-quarters finished and promises to complete have been broken. The sealing is uneven with water spots from rain (understand about lack of control on the rain).

Adrian was a great guy to deal with and worked with me on the completion of a driveway extension. Great job done, great clean-up, and a very reasonable price. He was prompt and did the job when he scheduled it. I had another estimate from another company and it took them 10 days to work up an estimate that was $900 more than Adrian estimated. He took less than an hour to work up his very reasonable estimate. I highly recommend him for your concrete or other project. I believe you will be pleased with the results.

Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
Adrian was great to work with. I told him what I was looking for and he got the job done. He cleaned out my flower bed and put down fabric, mulch, with new plants and flowers. I am pleased with the work.

Adrian said he would be here Tuesday to move a small tree. Late Tuesday he sent a text that he was running behind and would move the tree Wednesday when doing the yard. He said he would be here at 9:00 am. He arrived at 3:30 without a call or text. He did not finish and said he would be back Thursday, again at 9:00. He arrived at 4:00 again without a call or text message. I fired him on the spot. I paid him for mowing the yard, edging and moving the small tree.

Also I was trying to give them the best deal possible considering they were on a fixed income, and things happen from day to day that were out of my control. No hard felings at all glad its over."

Holiday Lighting - Add or Remove - Materials Provided by Homeowner
We had some difficulties with the project but Adrian saw it through to the end.

"We had a small problem with the lighting. The last 25 lights were a different shade than the rest. So I moved all lights down four feet and added another set of lights to make all of them the same! The problem was fixed within a few days!"
