If I could give this company a 0 star I would. They started off great then went down hill. They come out and do service/repairs without any quotes or permission then bill you for them after. They mark up the prices 50-75% and then expect you to pay. They have terrible customer service and ethics. Do your research on this company. They have done this before and will continue. Your only recourse is to pay them and then take them to court or they will submit to credit agency. Worst experience ever!

Knowledgeable and prompt.

They messed my pool up very badly and instead of owning up to it and apologizing, they sue me for not paying them for it! Very terrible customer service, especially from the owner- Jonathan! Be aware!

Quoted good price. Arrived on time. Technicians were clean, knowledgeable and did a great job. Owner followed-up afterwards. Really glad I found these guys. So many service companies don't understand that homeowners just want a fair price for the work done right and on time. These guys get it. Hire them. You won't be disappointed.

Was a great experience. I particularly appreciated that the entire pool closing process was described in advance so I knew what to expect. I also had them install a safety cover which they completed at the same time. The experience was so good I plan to have them come back next year and convert the pool to a salt-water system.

As a first time pool owner, this task was a bit daunting but after both the inspection and lessons on how to maintain my pool, I am confident I will be enjoying my pool in no time! Jonathan replied to my search immediately. He came out and cleaned my pool that day. Price was in line with others. My green pool was clear and vacuumed immediately. Hired him for weekly service. Looking forward to enjoying and not having to worry about my pool this summer.

Cannot imagine a better service available anywhere. Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is not interested in selling you stuff you don't need or hyping the costs. I believe he truly just wants to provide the best service at the best price and he does, hands down. I tride two other pool services and there is no comparison on any measure. Go with this company and you will be pleasantly surprised at the quality and care provided.

Not only did Jonathan do a thorough inspection of our pool prior to our purchasing our new home, he came back and taught us about taking care of our salt water pool. His "pool school" covered the equipment, maintenance, chemistry, and safety aspects of owning a pool. Jonathan is always on time, reliable, and an all round great guy. I would recommend Jonathan and Southern Living Pools for any pool related project.

Southern Living Pools has been great. Jonathan met me at the house and I described the issues I experienced In previous years with the pool. He opened the pool, took off the cover and had it cleaner than I ever got it last year. He even replaced broken pipes that had frozen during the winter...at no extra cost. We looked forward to a crystal clear pool all summer!
