I cannot give anything higher because they never showed up to the job they were hired for. The team at Southern Maids were very friendly on the phone, so if there were a rating for that, it would be 5 stars. However, not showing up to a job (25 minutes passed before I had to call and cancel) and not even calling to let anyone know that there was a problem time-wise just is not good business. This company was hired for a gifted cleaning for sick friend of ours. A lot of juggling had to be done to make sure it could happen, and they did not even show up. Very frustrating.

I do prefer to use my cleaning supplies. Their mop, duster & vacuum have been used at previous homes and did not look clean.

Responded very quickly to emails and questions ladies did a very good job the only complaint I would have is that dusting overhead lights mirrors and picture frames is a big thing for us and that was not done
