Tyler was charming, friendly and nice; as was his assistant. Always on time and never missed an appointment. I had termites and they did what they was suppose to do. If the termites are gone, I will be glad and thankful that he was my terminator. However, I have not received a receipt to show guarantee, but he will email it to me and he drilled holes in my wall. I called this company because there was a raccoon in my attic. They responded immediately. Tyler assessed the situation and set up a plan to catch the animal. Thankfully, his plan was successful. He was understanding and showed genuine concern for my situation. He and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. Hiring this company was the right choice . I would used them in the future.

I was contacted the same night, even though it was late by a wonderful gentleman by the name of David. He made sure my job got forwarded and handled the next day. Tyler came out, and assessed the situation quickly. Made multiple suggestions to prevent invasion of the species into my yard or near my home again. Was kind, compassionate, professional, and just an all around good guy. They don't make too many like him and Mr. David anymore. Excellent Service. Took a chance and called them even though it was after closing on a Friday evening. Spoke with Tyler and he was able to schedule a termite inspection that Sunday (Free). He came out Sunday Morning right as scheduled did the free inspection as well as answering some other non-terminate related questions. He quoted us a price then lowered his to match his competitions price, using better chemicals and with a better guarantee. He was there for the treatment right on time and professional the whole time. Highly recommend them.

Southern Pest Control called me right away and sent his employee to the house that day for an inspection. He will be back in a couple of days to treat for termites and bugs. No termites but Iâ m going to have the house treated.

Tyler and his team have been such a help this last week in getting my raccoon and rat situation under control for us. We didn't know how extensive it might be but they handled it with such professionalism and got the situation handled. I can't say enough good things about the company. They are prompt, professional, and I felt that I had great customer service. I felt that they were fair in price and I highly recommend them for regular services as well.

I was very satisfied with the service. Racoons were coming into my backyard and damaging my grass at night. Tyler was able to identify that it was racoons and trapped them. He answered all my questions. He was very patient and helpful.
