Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
The finished roof looks really nice. Mom loves the color and they even painted the roof vents to match! A more detailed estimate would have helped, but Ron was always available to answer any questions we had about a metal roof as this was the first time we've dealt with that type of material. Darryl is a great carpenter and did a wonderful job on the repairs. Well worth the wait as they are a busy crew.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Did not accomplish on time. Wanted flashing done on back porch and to cover old flashing. Was told that flashing was good and should not worry. Looked at it and 1/2 inch to 1 inch was still gaping and insight--caulking was used to remedy the situation. Not good. It was not done correctly until I insisted. (Flashing that covered old ones) Still have stains on front porch flooring from staining done underneath porch ceiling.

"Problem corrected. Please remove this review. Was very unreasonable. Some problems cant be fixed unless a new roof is installed. Problems can't always fall on the one guy that tries to help and fails due to a TIGHT BUDGET. If you pay for a kia that's what you have a Kia. If you buy a lexus that's a much better product"
