Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
These guys are very professional and work hard for you to be pleased with their product. They normally do large projects, but agreed to do our one-room addition, so we appreciated them taking our small project on. It took longer than we'd hoped due to weather and availability of workers, but they worked hard to make our addition happen.

The work was good but in the end I felt taken advantage of by the tricky work estimate approach they used. The estimate I received included a couple hundred dollars worth of potential supplies they *might* use but ended up not using but I still had to pay full price as the estimate was for *the job* not *labor + actual parts.* They took advantage of my inexperience with how contractors might word things. It felt shady. I gave them a shot at making it right but they politely declined and explained I still had to pay for the job regardless of parts costs. Please be careful with the wording from this company in their estimates and make sure you get your parts as actual cost. The work was fine, but not 5 star worthy. There were clamps around existing pipes they unscrewed that were still open and loose so things were not put back as they found them. Lastly, their staff came back onto my property to add one little thing and although I was expecting the addition, I was also expecting a call to let me know they were on their way to do so. It got done but I was never notified before or even after the work was done and it felt like trespassing to us, especially when getting in the back yard meant climbing over a fence to do so. I wont be using them again but I do appreciate the lesson learned, albeit an expensive one.

"A list of items that was on the estimate but we had to modify that for the actual parts used. We did the job as agreed, we just had to use multiple different fittings to make the "manifold" work in your application. We actually spent more on the fittings that we had to purchase than what we quoted but didn't charge you extra. I'm sorry you felt taken advantage of that was not the intention. As for the clamps they were not holding anything in the first place my installer said the clamps were stripped out to begin with. And finally the installer waited for you to return after lunch to finalize the install and said that you never returned, possibly a miscommunication as to what time you would return. I have told them to not do that anymore and I apologize for that, we will take full responsibility and it will not happen again."
