Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Installation
This company and it's owner, Tom Britt, might be a scam. We wrote a check over six months ago to have a sprinkler system installed and that still has not happened. He will not refund our money as promised. If he is not running a scam, he certainly offers extremely poor customer service. Also, since writing that check, we have found that he is over-priced. DO NOT USE Southern Plains Irrigation!!!!!!

"Our customer had a system that was at least 15 years old and was not installed right to begin with. Customer was in fact given a low end and a high end on cost. when job was finish a fair market value on the repairs made should have been more but we quoted a price and that is what we charged. NO MORE. System was rebuilt and should last the customer for a long time to come."

Workmanship and quality of parts was excellant. The installers were both professional and personable, explained the system in detail, and answered any and all questions I had about the system. The only problem with the install was that on the final install day, one of the workers had to leave early and that left only one person working the install which greatly increased the length of time to complete the project. A project the size of my yard should have had dedicated installers.

"2 day install. We tried to finish project by 1:00 P.M. but finished at 6:00 P.M. the same day. Customer loved his system."

The project took longer than expected but that was mainly because of the weather. Overall, I would recommend this company. I am so excited to have a green lawn this year!
