These people are crooks!! Run! Did work that did not work. And not only that what was even worse there was absolutely no way to get in touch with them. 4 numbers on the business card and one on the computer site and could not get anyone at any time. We were nothing but kind and accommodating to these people and they took out money and disappeared!!!

I hired them they put machines under my home on 27 dec and i have not been able to get hold of any one to remove them and they have been pluged in the hole time and they had me pay them 850 dollars of the 3000 plus they were going to charge me they charged me 150 dollars to put some kind of tape on a hole in my garage roof and it leeks just as bad i don't want them back but i do want my money back i have there machines when i get my money they can have them back.

A POLICE REPORT HAS BEEN FILED...STAY AWAY! I wrote James a check for $5231.00 and more than 6 weeks later, he has done about a $1000 of my work, blocked my number, and all other company numbers have not responded to my calls.

He showed up and said before he looked at my washer he said that it would cost more to fix it. Then it is worth. Was not even going to look at it. He just wanted his $85 service call. I said to look at it and find out what is wrong with it. He said the parts would Be $105.00 plus labor. He gave me a total price to fix it then tried to add the service call to the price he told me that if he fixes it I dont pay the service call. Told him to go ahead and fix it. He said he had to go to Harriman and he would come back and fix it in 2 hrs. I had to go buy the part. He left my washer in the kitchen torn in pieces and he never showed back up. I have called and text him many times will not respond.

James P. took my money for the service call telling me he located the part for my freezer and would call me later that night to schedule a return visit to fix it depending on if he could get the part that day or in 3 days If he had to order. He hasnt contacted me and its been 5 days. He doesnt seem to remember the visit or that conversation as he was only interested in collecting the service fee.

This clown showed up on Sunday and diagnosed the problem with my washer as a blown fuse. So my husband ordered the part since the repairman didn't have one and couldn't find one. The part was to come in on Wednesday and the repairman said he would come back Wednesday. The part came in and we tried phoning him when he didn't call or show up and his phone has been disconnected. Now, I found out that the blown fuse wasn't a fuse at all, but instead a noise filter. Now I have to try and find someone else, but it WILL NOT be through HomeAdvisor.

I think we were scammed because we are older. They did not finish the job. There were two of them and one left to go to Lowes which is about 2 miles from my home and it took him an hour and a half and all that he was going to pick up was a few things. He said they were busy but they are never that busy.

James was the guy who came out to run the dryer vent. Poor communication, showed up 3 hours late, didn't have all the tools he needed when he first came out, and after he was done, the dryer vent didn't vent outside because the flex hose that was run wasn't connected. I ended up fixing it myself because he wouldn't be able to come back for another 4 days.

"I?m sorry things wasn?t up to your standard. Our service tech managed to complete the unimaginable task of meeting your schedule. You were told that he would get to your project after he completed his route the next day. Don?t forget he has a full schedule everyday and still managed to help you with your problems without question. And as far as ?he didn?t have all the tools he needed?. Im sure you have forgot where you sat your phone or car keys etc. It was not a case of neglect but more so a case of I forgot where my ?bit? was. And as far as the problem you had we were more than welcome to come back out and fix any problems you may of had and put you on the schedule the moment you called. And maybe he wouldn?t have been in such a rush if he wasn?t threatened with the fact that your wife was mad at him because he was ?late? and told he ?better be done before my wife gets home? when in all reality we done you a favor because we try and help everyone we can by getting them in as early as possible and in line with priority. Then when you was given a next day apt and told it would be after the route already scheduled you still got upset when it wasn?t exactly when you wanted it. He kept in contact with you letting you know each step of his day so you would feel better knowing he was in route strive hard to meet our customers satisfaction Expectations. We tried to resolve any problems you may have had and problems with our employees or problems with the world. We are here for you and will help you in anyway we can. Just remember some times you can?t have the guys out in a couple hrs sometimes it takes a day or so to juggle the schedule to accommodate another stop.
