The installers removed metal material from my home to prevent wildlife from entering, and they did not reinstall it. When I contacted the company to reinstall the material, I was given the runaround. This was very unprofessional.

Roof is sagging probably from rot, did not replace all of bad plywood, sold wrong skylight for pitch of roof and installed improperly. Roof appears to be dropping in section refuses to come out and do anything. So apparently they say they guarantee their work and do no stand behind it. They charged for material and labor that they didn't do. The county inspector admitted to me that they don't get on the roof for inspection because of liability. Which I have never heard that before. So people might think their roof is good but probably not.

Everyone I dealt with were great. Brian in sales, Mat the foreman. And the workers were phenomenal. They cleaned up everyday, and worked long and hard in the heat. What impressed me most is there was an issue beyond our control and we worked it out very professionally and fair. One of best contractors I have ever dealt with and there have been a few.
