It was hot as hades and the owner just kept going! Also gave a good quote for fence install and showed up on time and fixed my problems. This was a lot better than some of my other contractor experiences... recommend.

Extremely professional, capable, and reliable from start to finish. The estimate was detailed and very reasonable, much more so than the two I'd received from other, larger fencing companies. Jason and Jennifer and their crew began when they promised and finished in less than three days. The resulting fence is a beautiful, dog-escape-proof stockade fence. The best part about this company is that once they understood I was having problems keeping my two large dogs contained, they did some schedule-juggling to accommodate me. In addition, they just returned, at no extra charge, to fix two areas where my escape artists were trying to escape. Now even Houdini couldn't get in or out. Wonderful company! I'm just sorry I don't need another fence, but I do have a deck that needs rehabilitating!

Responded promptly after inquiry. Set date for service and called to confirm. Notified in advance unable to come due to heavy rains. Set alternative date and time.. showed up on time and completed work promptly. A pleasure to do business with them.

We turned to this company after another local firm failed to show up or call three times. Southern Property Solutions had a better bid, showed up as promised and delivered a quality product. We are working to schedule them for a second job.

Friendly company, had to call a couple of times to find out when they were coming back to finish the job.

This Professional went above and beyond in regards to value/price/ schedule, which delivered our family out of a last-minute difficult situation. His estimate was timely, and more than fair. Then the work was finished early and under budget! He is my new favorite Tallahassee Fencing Professional and I will certainly be using his services again!!!!!!!!!!

Owner is amazing. Very professional and takes great pride in his work. Was hired to replace a segment of my fence which was warped. Gave me a very reasonable quote. When I got home more work was completed than discussed. He told me it didn't look right without replacing all the boards and he couldn't leave my fence looking the way it did. He did not charge me extra for the additional boards he replaced!!!! I couldn't be more pleased with the work and customer service.

Constantly had to be on top of the project. The fence was not straight or level. Sections had to be ripped out and redone. It was a project that required my attention 24/7 with the builder.

Jason Allen answered his phone immediately when I first contacted him he came at the time appointed for the estimate and the work, he took down a section of my chain link fence. The job was small but he did it he will be retained to put up a new section of fence. Having some one to show up when they say they will is an accomplishment these days and times I had an overall pleasant and great experience with this professional and will hire him in the future for any type work he can do for my property.

Where others feared to tread, Jason and his crew stepped up to the challenge! This project was no small undertaking! Building a two level deck surrounding a 24' above ground pool encompassing nearly 2000 SF. Jason and his crew worked tirelessly to complete the project in short order and did an excellent professional job to the very last detail. My family is now enjoying our new outdoor resort and I have found a new early morning / late evening hangout. If you haven't considered Southern Property Solutions for your fence or deck building needs, you're missing a great opportunity to hire local and get the personal attention to detail that comes along with it.
