The job was a lot pricey, but I guess it was because of the type of windows I have. I feel they went above and beyond the call to help me out. The draw back was the actual wait for the final replacement to take place. I had to be rescheduled several times.

The plumbers were unreliable and incompetent. They could not fix a faucet and call it faulty. I made the correct adjustments (following the directions) and now have a working faucet. I still have a hot water heater line that leaks.
