SOUTHERN ROOFING & RENOVATIONS, MEMPHIS, TN, RULES! When we moved into our home, we needed a shingle replaced on our roof. Knowing no one in the business, we contacted a building contractor friend who highly recommended the company with which Barry Roberts was affiliated. When Barry arrived, I was so impressed with his smile, as well as his obvious knowledge of the business. As we talked further, his love of family and Christian values was most impressive, leaving me with the assurance that I needed to look no further for the perfect person to attend to our roofing needs in the future. He came several times over subsequent years to provide the service we needed. He always arrived in a timely manner. His price was always reasonable and, most importantly, his work was outstanding. Finally, last month our roof needed replacement due to storm damage. He and the other employees of Southern Roofing & Renovations could not have been more impressive in their quality of work. We were pleased with their pricing, even though no thought was ever given to shopping for any other company as we knew we had the best! From the beginning to the end, Barry walked us through every step of the process. Though he promised so much upfront, they totally delivered on everything. Our next door neighbor saw the job they did and contacted them to do their roof as well. I was completely overwhelmed when I first learned of the storm damage and what my roof looked like. I hadn't noticed anything was wrong but boy was I was in complete denial. What i thought had been an okay roof with some life left to it was actually in need or replacement, past the point of no return on repair (which i did last year for $300). Barry was professional and took the time to explain everything to me about cost color warranty. He was patient in teaching me what I needed to know in order to make a proper decision. After being burnt in the past by people trying to sell me stuff i didn't need or want, Barry helped me figure out exactly what I needed. Quick turn around time and clean up. Barry walked me through the whole process. I never looked at my roof or any of my neighbors and boy what a surprise. My roof is the best one on the block. So happy.

Great communication, great work, great price.

Had a simple repair done on my garage roof. Even supplied the shingles. I should have known better when they offered a ?cash? discount. Upon completion, refused to give me a receipt. Of course, a few weeks later, the work they did came apart. I have called 3 time to have them come back out. They came back finally, but said they needed a taller ladder. I have not seen them since. Have called back three more times. I get a polite lady that can never seem to find my work order and says she will have ?someone? call me back. Of course that hasnt happened either. BEWARE!!! They start off very friendly until they have your money.

Came the same day I called. Very knowledgeable representative that recommended we try a very simple solution before moving to a much more elaborate expensive repair. He stayed late on a Friday and did the work that day. It seems to have worked through a number of recent storms and I really appreciated him recommending the less expensive repair first. Very professional and I would definitely use them again

Worked with Clayton on this project. He walked me through the insurance process and stayed with me despite the fact that we had almost 3 weeks of weather delays. The new roof looks great. I had people tell me to double check for nails and when I got home, there wasn't a nail to be found. The crew picked everything up and it was spotless. I was surprised yesterday when someone came out to do QA and confirm that everything was done properly and that all of the trash, nails and so forth had been picked. Very impressed by them and would recommend them.

Worked with Clayton on this project. Even though my project was small he stayed in constant contact through out the project making sure I was taken care of properly and knew when and what was going to happen. Excellent Job!!! Will use again when any roofing needs arise.
