Bob Quinn guaranteed his work. When we called to complain about leaks, our calls went to voicemail and he never returned our calls. Do not hire him.

I am disappointed because he convinced me that his work was guaranteed, he has proven me wrong because my roof is leaking again and he is not answering phone calls.

On March 26, 2023, Southern Roofing repaired a leak in my ceramic tile roof for $2200. When it rained on April 15, 0r 16 the roof still leaked badly. I tried to contact Robert James Quinn on both his business number, 772-353-1099, and what I believe to be his phone, 646-895-1842. Both went straight to voice mail, and he has not returned my calls. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Bob and his men did a fantastic job on repairing 3 different leaks on my roof and even replaced some soffitt at no cost. I would definitley hire him again

Bob Was Great! There was a leak coming through my living room , Bob came and repaired it , Gave me a good price and got the job done, I would definitely refer him

After agreeing to his price, he came to do the repair on my roof, then, 2 weeks later we had a rain storm and water came through the ceiling of the bathroom that he supposedly made the repair. Then tried calling him 5 times and we left 5 messages but they never contacted me back.

He is a dead beat that ran off with my money. He is one of those scammers that are trying to scam the insurance companies. He is in default with the metal company, so if you try to get a metal roof from him, he is going to run off with your money like he did with me because he does not even have the ability to get the metal. edit 8/9/2023 - His license has been suspended in the city of Stuart so he can not pull a building permit. I have won against him in court, which a rude awakening is coming his way. And he only got 5 people in my neighborhood to use his services, not 37 and there are 2 others that he has ripped off like myself. He took my money and did not order the metal to finish the job. I had to call the metal company to ask if there was an order for my house about 1 month without a real roof during hurricane season, and he did not place it. Ryan Holmes finished the job 2 weeks after bringing them in. So use at your own risk, but when you get ripped off, if you saw this, I will say I told you so.
