They didn't check to see if the gutters leak. Guess what? They DO. What's worse, they put up two separate sections at the back porch leaving a small section open (no gutter). The water pours right off the roof in this spot. When I asked Matt if he could fix it, he told me that nothing could be done about it. What he should have done was take the two pieces down and add a piece connecting the other two. Now I have to pay someone else to come out and correct things. Too bad I can't add a video to this.

"We take customer satisfaction seriously as evidenced by our other ratings. The gutters were checked for leakage prior to payment being requested which checked out fine. I was not notified that the gutters were leaking of which would have addressed. When trying to collect payment this customer did not have the funds to pay for the project and had to obtain a loan from another party to avoid further collection process. I received this rating after payment was obtained."

The day I went on line to HomeAdvisor, Matt showed up at our home to give us an estimate. He didn't simply call, he actually showed up! He gave us a reasonable estimate. Ours was a very small job - just a 24 foot section of gutter. Although he said he would install the following day, he didn't show up, but called late in the afternoon to see if he could reschedule for the following morning. His child was ill, so his arrival was delayed until around noon, but once he got here, he went right to work and did an outstanding job of installation. Matt is a fine young man that we would gladly recommend!
