Southern Service did a great job for me. From the time I entered my info on your site, to receiving a call from Hank was only minutes. Hank saw that I was desperate and contacted me immediately. I was so appreciative that the representative, Greg showed up first thing the next morning. Greg was professional and stated all his findings so that I completely understood what was happening with the gas lines and what was needed to resolve the issues. I received calls from Jessica giving me updates on my project so that I knew what to expect and when. Southern met my needs, kept me informed and completed the job as promised. They provided great service and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs gas line repair service.

I needed a new gas hot water heater. Jessica with Southern Services called me within an hour of my request, set up an appointment, and by the next day Greg was replacing it. No plumbing job is cheap, but he had to do extra work to get it up to code. Very pleasant people and very capable. I would recommend Southern Services and will use them again.

I found Southern Service through Home Advisor and Jessica contacted me immediately! From there, Hank was at my home on 20 minutes and my tankless water heater was fixed within 15 minutes. Friendly, fast, quality work, and reasonable price! Absolutely will call again and pass along their information to others!
