Beware of this company nothing but horrible work, lies, and the longest drawn out start to finish, with me completing the job myself! Mark is a liar and does not stand behind his work constantly said he would show up and never did. He showed up June 24th 2025 and that?s when it?s all went downhill he stated which, I have in text messages it will take 2-3 days to complete, so he started June 24th and shower was completed first of October! I don?t have the time to write everything out. But will attach pictures.
Just a brief what happened he installed shower pan incorrectly, installed walls not at a 90 degree angle, installed the plumbing hardware incorrectly and was so crooked the face plate wouldn?t sit flush they used random screws to install, caulk was so bad and areas not caulked, there was sheet rock and waterproofing in the clear silicone that had already cured (looked absolutely trashy) deep scratches in shower pan, silicone on everything.

Mark, with Southern Shower Doors really saved the day with my shower project. What originally was a dripping shower head while I was home on military leave got much worse when a plumber damaged the plumbing. Another plumber wanted $1400 just to cut up the shower wall to fix the valve. I purchased a replacement corner shower from Lowe's with the assurance they could have it installed. After two weeks they admitted they couldn't. I posted this project and got several quotes to do some of the work but not all. In the meantime the leakage continued. Southern Shower Doors said they could do it all with an option to install the Lowe's cornershower or build a custom one. And do it in days, not weeks. Mark worked with me while I was back at my duty station. Their quote was substantially less than other quotes. The fiinished product was amazing and I appreciated that Mark was available at all hours. Thanks, Mark!

Mark did a fantastic job. We love it. Looks great and he spent the time to do in correctly. Meaning, there's not a straight wall in Texas! Mark made the glass enclosure look right. I certainly will use Southern Shower Doors and Glass again.

They never finished the job. Constantly made appointments and cancelled last minute. He would take the entire day to do a job that others could do in two hours and the final product was noticeably unlevel and unfunctional. Wasted 700 dollars on a deposit that I will not be getting back.

Great response and scheduling. Shower door is now straight and consistently gapped. My only issue is the sealant was done sloppy and there was a razor left in the shower.

"My apologies regarding the sloppy silicone and would have promptly come out and resolve the issue had I known you were not happy. You called me because you door was hitting the adjacent panel and would not close. If the frameless shower been installed correctly adjusting the glass in the hinge is they way to fix the problem. That was not an option. We had 2 options, you could order a new door or panel with correct size or elevate the inline panel corner to allow enough spacing for door to close. This creates a gap between curb and panel that was filled and graded with a shim level with each side of the panel. I takes at least 24 hours for sealant to cure. If the panel was bumped or moved before the 24 hour period it will pull the sealant in the direction resulting in smearing across the curb. Still not a big issue I would have come out at no charge and resealed. The second part regarding razor is interesting since I only use blades attached to handles."
