When the cleaners came to clean my office, they did a good job. They were not reliable, however, and the owner was unaware that my office had not been cleaned for 3 weeks. When she was made aware of the problem, she promised that it would be taken care of that evening, but it was not. She has not responded to subsequent emails and text messages, basically ghosting me. I hired this company when the owner, Rachell, was first wanting to get work in Bluffton to make more money than she had been making in Beaufort. She agreed to a price to clean my home (large) on a monthly basis and my office condo (small) weekly. She chose to clean my house by herself, and I noticed that she was using inappropriate tools for cleaning (e.g., a dry cloth to clean the kitchen counters, nothing to capture dust in a rag used for dusting) and showed her the appropriate equipment for the tasks and how to use them. Soon after, she provided an excuse for not being able to clean the house at the scheduled date and time and ghosted me about rescheduling. We were eventually able to hire another company to clean our house, but Southern Sparkle continued to clean the office until now.

They are diligent workers and committed to doing a good job. They are also polite.
