Brett and his guys at Southern State Renovation and Roofing did an awesome job for me with replacing the roof and the other renovation around the exterior including the back patio and the gutters. Brett reached out to me after I made a request from Angie’s List about adding a ridge vent to my house to help with airflow to the attic. After looking at my roof, just from pictures, he could tell my roof was needing to be replaced. Brett helped me through the process with the insurance company, giving me details about what to expect regarding the roofing install. He was easy to reach from the time I sent him the pictures of the roof until the installation was complete. After it was found from the insurance company that some other items needed to be completed, he was able to add those items and complete them. He also was able to get some extra upgrades extra cost, which we both agreed upon the extra costs. His guys did a fantastic job with the roof install, back patio cover, and gutters. I cannot remember the guys names (I’m bad with names 😭) but they did a fantastic job with the roof, the back patio cover, and the gutters. His guys did a great job with the installation and if any issues came up in the process, they were let me know as quickly as they could. I recommend, if you need your roof replaced, get in touch with Brett! I know he would be glad to come look at your roof!

I absolutely love my new roof!!! Southern State was very professional with initial contact and made it very easy to file a claim with insurance company. All was handled in an amazing short time. They came early one morning and was done by sunset. If your looking for a new roof don't hesitate to call Southern State Renovation and Roofing. You won't regret it. My roof looks amazing!!

So, I don’t usually bite when someone knocks on my door and tries to sell me on something, but these guys were very personable and offered to do a free inspection of our roof to check for hail damage. They showed me pictures and were confident I would be able to make an insurance claim on a roof replacement. The whole process ran very smoothly from start to finish! We are very happy with the results and our overall experience.

First contact was professional and made it so easy. They contacted the Insurance company and filed all the necessary paperwork. Was there when inspector came and made the Processes so easy. Work was accomplish really fast and professionally. I cannot say enough of how please we are with the work and quality. Call them - you will not be disappointed.
